(can use smoked or regular)
salt and pepper to taste

kidney beans

pinto beans

petite diced tomatoes

tomato sauce

beef broth
cooking oil
Instructions
Cook ground beef then remove from pot
Add bell pepper, onion, and celery to pot and cook until softened
Add garlic and cook until fragrant
Return beef to pot and add seasonings
Add remaining ingredients, stir, and bring to a boil
Once boiling, reduce heat, simmer for at least an hour before serving
Notes
Best served with hot sauce, cheddar cheese, and cornbread.
