Instructions
Turn instant pot on sauté setting and drizzle with olive oil once heated.
Once heated, put the celery, carrot, and onion into the pot and sauté about 5 minutes. Then add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn pot off, then put lid on. Set manual, high pressure for 18 minutes. After time, natural pressure release.
